Principal Partner
The principal partner is Vincent A. Gordon, who brings over 20 years of significant leadership experience to business consultation in the region. Vincent has worked at Colgate Palmolive and 3M, in the areas of finance, customer service, sales and marketing management, and general management. His experiences include eight (8) years as General Manager of 3M Jamaica, and Business Leader, Caribbean, for the safety and security, and the electrical and communications markets divisions of 3M. Vincent left 3M to form OrgStrength® and today uses his considerable experience and expertise to focus on business turnaround and organizational transformation.
Vincent has an Executive M.B.A. (Finance) from the Mona School of Business, University of the West Indies, a B.B.A. (Finance) from the University of Technology, and Marketing Leadership certification from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. 
"VAG", as he is popularly called, is trained in Six Sigma and Process Management, and has undergone accelerated leadership development at the 3M Leadership Development Institute, as well as executive development at Leadersource (Kevin Cashman). Vincent has had a successful career in people development and organizational learning, and led 3M Jamaica to winning the coveted Jamaican Employers Federation “Employer of Choice” award in 2006.  Vincent is a former Vice President of the Jamaican Employers Federation (JEF) and the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).

Karl is a qualified Marketing and Marketing Research practitioner with over 21 years experience in designing, researching, implementing and managing marketing projects. 
He has conducted marketing projects in range of areas in both the private and public sectors, including projects which have been used to inform commercial marketing strategy and social policy such as the competitiveness of local SMEs. Karl’s list of projects include new product development, company launches, post launch impact assessment, determination of branch locations and community organization and urban planning.  
Karl has led projects in the areas of customer satisfaction and engagement, media research and planning, consumer products marketing, and has over 7 years management experience in the field of telecommunications and telecommunications policy.  
He lectures as an adjunct faculty member in Research Methodology and Market Research at the School of Business Administration, University of Technology, and at the Mona School of Business (Marketing Management; Marketing Research and Business Research) and The Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts (Research Methodology).
